Banjo-Tooie, is a port of the Nintendo 64 game of the same name to the Xbox Live Arcade. Banjo-Tooie XBLA was officially confirmed to IGN by Rare and Microsoft in an article on September 24, 2008. They stated that it is currently planned for release in "early 2009."[1] Not much is known other than that it could possibly feature a revival of the original Stop 'N' Swop connectivity between itself and Banjo-Kazooie (XBLA) (in addition to the mandatory additions of Achievements and Leaderboards).[2]
Achievements
A glimpse of Banjo-Tooie's Achievements has been seen in leaked footage of Banjo-Kazooie (XBLA).[3] In the video, there is an account on BKXBLA's Leaderboards which appears to be for the purpose of testing Banjo-Tooie XBLA. The person in the video clicks on Banjo-Tooie XBLA from the test account's profile to show six of the Achievement names, which are:
- Knocked Out Klungo
- Treasure Hunt
- All Beaten Up
- A Merry Old Soul
- Time Out
- Calamari Bonanza
