Jolly Roger's Lagoon is the 4th of 9 levels in Banjo-Tooie. It has a sea-side villa, an undersea ruined city, and various undersea caverns. Enemies are Seemees (clear fish), Keelhauls, Inkies, Blubbuls, Swellbellies, Whirlweeds and Frazzles. Jolly, Pawno, Merry Maggie, Trotty, Piggles, Chris P. Bacon, Tiptup and son, Captain Blackeye, Alph, Beti and Gammo, Captain Blubber, Pawno, Glumbo and the boss Lord Woo Fak Fak were to be found there. Humba Wumba transforms you into a submarine. Mumbo Jumbo does a Sunlight spell which oxygenates the water, allowing Banjo and Kazooie to breathe.

8. Obtained by hatching Tiptup's egg.
9. On a column in Smuggler's Cavern.
10. The reward for cleaning and warming the pigs' pool.

Jinjos

The Jinjos in Jolly Roger's Lagoon are:

• In a niche in the cliff face across the lagoon.
• In a chest in the Salty Hippo.
• On a pillar in the Seaweed Sanctum.
• Inside Glumbo.

Landmarks

Jolly's - The bar Jolly owns.

U.F.O. - A U.F.O. that is visiting Earth. Later makes a reappearance in Hailfire Peaks.

Atlantis - At long last the lost city is found.

Davy Jones' Locker - The "appallingly cramped" dwelling of Lord WOo Fak Fak.

Pool - This pool is a waste dump for Grunty Industries.

Minigames

U.F.O.- Shoot all the green holes with Ice Eggs.

Deep Sea Cavern- Blow up as many mines as you can.

Chris P. Bacon- Protect Chris from fish by killing them with eggs.

Jolly Roger's Lagoon Beta Pipe

A hacker by the name of Coolboyman was able to access a map in the game that was unused, map number 0184. This map resembled the Jolly Rogers Lagoon Pipe (except the Gruntys Industries parts were missing). The music in the map was identical to the games introduction, and the walls were layered with an odd green glowing wall. Many people have claimed that this was rare originally intended the Pipe of Jolly Rogers Lagoon and Grunty's Industries Waste Disposal to be on different maps, but they put them together afterwards for an unknown reason. Another possibility is that it might have been linked with Grunty's lair. The glowing green appears in the entrance of the lair as well, so they might have been somehow connected. Later the background digits were found, and the background digits for this map was located in the Jolly Rogers Lagoon bank, so it is probably that pipe.
